Be careful eating here. You let an employee know they should wipe the counter of old food and sour cream, etc., and she gets... upset. And then she goes in the back and tells everyone that I'm a rude customer. In fairness, when I was there, they werebusy with many customers..., but the counter looked like it hadn't been wiped for hours. And the bottom of my bowl was slid anddragged through old sour cream and other food. I paid for my bowl, but I was too disgusted to eat it. People have gotten sickeating at Chipolte before, and this is really on the manager (or Regional Mger) there, and poor training of staff. I had a confirmation but there was no meal ready for me. When I raised the issue with the staff, I was told that I needed to... stand in line again because they didn?t have it. I showed the staff a confirmation email and page in the app. The managerrefused to help rectify the issue and simply said, we?re not going to do anything and walked away. I'm surprised Chipotle thinksthat refusing to talk to a customer about their order is an appropriate way to do business. My meal was delayed over 30 min as Iwaited for the manager only for her to turn her back and walk away from a customer with a confirmation number. Even the otherstaff were sympathetic and shocked. I frequent this Chipotle all the time and the food is excellent. I pity the line staff whodo a great job with their work for having to work with such a toxic manager. Read more
Chicken was burnt. I thought I was eating chunks of carbon from the grill. Tortilla chips were also burnt. Register guy was... extremely unpleasant. I blame management for poor worker performance. Very Dissatisfied Overall. Read more
Chipotle is forever and always my favorite fast food restaurant. This location in particular has such good red tomatillo salsa -... it?s so spicy!!! I did encounter an issue this past week where I ordered 3 bags of chips and got home to discover I had onlybeen given 1. I will submit a ticket on the chipotle app with ?Pepper? and hopefully get a credit for future use. Read more
Placed An Order Online. Called 1 min after sending my order spoke with Ana I specifically told her if they can throw extra white... rice in my burrito she said Yes.
