Rate a business is an overall qualification base on product and customer experience, with that being said: ice cream itself 3.5... stars, flavor not bad. Customer service 0 stars? what a terrible customer service, i guess some people hate their job, i went inwith my family of 5 on saturday Aug 13th at around 4:30pm, two women and two guys behind counter, with such terrible customerservice by the women and a regular ice cream i concluded that such a long line is due mainly to a great location, location,location., the only ice cream shop at the pier full of people on weekend., otherwise this business will go bankrupt. Ice cream was good, not too memorable but great place on the beach.
The service wasn?t bad. But the ice cream wasn?t the best. We definitely enjoyed the walk and the good weather.
Great ice cream! Bit pricier than I was expecting. It was nice to eat the ice cream by the water on the pier. We got rocky road... and pecan praline. Staff was friendly. No place to sit inside but places to sit outside along the pier. Read more
