Rate a business is an overall qualification base on product and customer experience, with that being said: ice cream itself 3.5... stars, flavor not bad. Customer service 0 stars? what a terrible customer service, i guess some people hate their job, i went inwith my family of 5 on saturday Aug 13th at around 4:30pm, two women and two guys behind counter, with such terrible customerservice by the women and a regular ice cream i concluded that such a long line is due mainly to a great location, location,location., the only ice cream shop at the pier full of people on weekend., otherwise this business will go bankrupt. Ice cream was good, not too memorable but great place on the beach.

The service wasn?t bad. But the ice cream wasn?t the best. We definitely enjoyed the walk and the good weather.

Okay Thrifty Ice Cream, $8 dollar scoop. Great Views.

My wife and I stopped by this ice cream shop when we were walking around the pier. I got the chocolate chip ice cream and my... wife got the rocky road ice cream. It is kind of pricy but its on the pier so it's understandable. We walked to the pier fromour hotel which is like a mile away so we didn't have to worry about parking. They have some benches outside for you to eat andenjoy your ice cream. Read more
