I expect poor service from most McDonald's branches. But this site really gave me hope that McDonald's can still over great... service. Salvador was so welcoming, attentive, and made sure we got our order correct Before we walked out the door. He greetedus with a smile and superb people skills. Good location: 101 Freeway and State St. No drive-through, but plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. One of the only McDonald's... with a kids play zone in the area, although it's been closed since Covid. Order on the app for fast service, but you can alsoorder at the kiosk or in person. The food is typical McDonald's fare, prepared consistently. The staff is competent andfriendly, and work at keeping the place clean. Read more
It?s a great location spot if you are on your way coming up north to Solvang from 101 down south. I have been visited this... McDonald?s every chance I can get while commuting between LA to Solvang. This place is a clean standard and parking is alwayssmooth and heading out traffic nicely calm. Head north to Solvang on highway 154 or I-101 is an enjoyable trip! Read more

No drive-thru window and very crowded. Lastly, they got my order wrong resulting in a longer wait. This was a last resort... endeavor to grab a little breakfast when I was traveling and unfamiliar with the town. Normally I avoid these burger franchisesand only go there for the $1.00 any size drinks. Go figure, the one time I break my rule of not eating at any McDonald's, theysucceeded in once again being a big disappointment and inconvenience. Go figure. And some wonder why I rather much dislike thisburger chain...not the McDonalds of my youth, and it is those that are today's youth who have no knowledge of the McDonalds thatactually had some very good menu items. Oh, they do have many of the same items, but in name only, not taste or value. In-N-Out,Mom and Pop joints, Fuddruckers,... only a few of the many, much better options I really do support...
