Be careful! Check your receipt before they leave your house, I order a 2 item pizza had a coupon that I mentioned to the guy at... milpas and I still got rip off, they charge me the full amount. Poor Delivery guy. Honestly. These people put him in a tough position. I called to order a pizza and asked to pay in person, not... realizing my fiance didn't have the money in cash. Knowing they take card payments over the phone, my fiance calls back promptlyto pay with his card. The guy over the phone says he can't help and tells him to address the problem to the delivery driver.When the driver came and we told him the problem and that the guy at the store told us to tell him and he would sort it out, thedriver responded with, "Me? Why me? I don't have a machine or anything to run your card. Why would they tell you that?". My 90year old roomate had to loan me the cash to pay him so he wouldnt have to call the Parlor and save everyone a headache. *** Ijust want to point out, that almost every time we call in an order here, the people who answer the phone almost always have abad attitude. Its so noticable it makes you wonder if they even like their job*** The pizza is good here but I'd prefer to savemyself the grief and just order from somewhere else. I'm sharing this review because I've been a customer and advocate of Rusty's for over 30 years and tonight was the first time a... driver (Maria) demanded I hand over the coupon I used after ordering online. I think it's a horrible policy to take away thething that leads to a sale, in my case, decades of orders. The pizza was okay but the lasting feeling from my interaction withthis driver makes me want to order somewhere else next time. I contacted the call center to share my experience and was toldthey follow orders from corporate and there was no desire to keep me as a customer. The coupon isn't worth much, it was theextremely bad experience between the driver and the call center that bothered me. Read more
Not bad pizza place. Their mediums are definitely smaller than we expected for $15 so if we decide to come back we might get a... large, but we may as well buy 2 pizzas elsewhere for the same price as the large LOL. Read more
Ordered a Rustys Special, crust was raw,it was dough. When pizza was shown, cashier said it was cheese. I asked for a cooked... pizza. Very unhappy with this service. Read more
Pros It was ready on time. Very satisfying. Great customer service via the phone. Would buy again. Cons Prices are not listed... outright on the website. (But... It's about $11 for a small, $13 for a medium and $17 for a large with options for thin or pancrust. The price of the pie varies by the number of toppings on your pizza. Hope this helps!????) Cauliflower crust pizza is where it?s at. And only $8-$10! It?s the perfect size serving and won?t leave you comprise from... overeating. Only place in town with the foresight and common sense to sell a vegetable crust pizza. Rusty?s does everything goodand they get my business.
