I give this store a 10/10! The employees are so thoughtful, and I was immediately greeted when I walked in. They were very... efficient and I felt welcomed here compared to other stores i?ve been to. Two employees, Linnea and Kelly were especially nice! Read more
They are rude and disrespectful won?t let you use the restroom as and it?s always crowded here at least when I have been there
So dissapointed with La Cumbre (5 points store). Just got there at 8:52 pm and was turned away by a boy Named Francisco telling... my friend an d I. "I am sorry, but we are closed, she is the last customer" even though I told him we just need a to go drink and is still 8 minutes to 9:00. He said I am sorry; but we need to clean. OK My friend and I went back to the car and at 8:56 pmwe saw a customer with his dog walking inside the store. I suspected he would still get a drink. I went inside the store toconfirm that and I was right. This person was still sold a coffee and I asked my self, why wouldn't I? Well, I asked the otherboy named Charly if I could get a coffee and he said: "Yes, you can, we still have a minute to close. I told him why was I nothelped. He said Francisco did not noticed it was still 8 minutes before 9 pm. Well, I told Charly I was so disappointed withFrancisco that he was not being equal to his customers and I would write a google review and his manager would know about thisinequality. This is the 2nd time I am turned away. First time by a girl. My whole family and I love Starbucks; but I would nevercome back to this store and would write this review in Spanish soon too. Read more
I LOVE this team! Just visited this morning, this used to be my daily stop (sometimes multiple visits a day) and they are still... the Best! I ordered my breakfast & coffee, then got delayed a bit. When I arrived, my food item was sold out, so they politelyoffered a refund or a substitute. When I confessed I only ever ate what I ordered that was now sold out, the kind, upbeatbarrista mentioned if I wanted inspo what they recommend. And- I thought I ordered a hot beverage which would have turned coldby the time I arrived, yet by happy accident it was iced. When I mentioned I ordered it hot, they offered to remake immediately.This team is on top of it! Always offering solutions & guest satisfaction is key. I am glad to see that after three years of myinfrequent visits that they are still kicking butt & serving coffee! Read more

Fast service, friendly baristas, easy parking, plenty of tables both inside and out on the patio.
The most overcrowded place I have ever seen in Santa Barbara. I really regretted ordering via app when I saw what it was like,... with around 30 people crammed into a tiny space. I had to leave without getting my order (wasting my money) because it took toolong. Read more
