New owners. Very different. Now when you call to place an order you are no longer talking to the people at the restaurant which... I am not a fan of. If I am calling I want to talk to them directly. On the other hand I do like that they now allow onlineordering. Food has gone down a little bit. Different tasting. I do however like that they now over a beyond burger option. Lovethat they are being vegan friendly. Service is always iffy. Sometimes great service sometimes service is lacking. But go trythem out for their beyond burger. Very yummy. Read more
I order a hamburger with NO CHEESE and I clarified with the cashier and they still PROCEED to put cheese on my hamburger. I am... deadly allergic to cheese and I wasted my time from Carpinteria to Santa Barbara and Back to CARPINTERIA just to come home andsee they put cheese on my burger.
