I used to love their chicken! But I believe they are under new ownership OR just new employees. When I went, there were 3 or 4... young men working the counter and cooking. They cooked the chicken too long!!!! It is only supposed to go for 20 minutes. 13minutes for white meat (wings) and 20 minutes for dark meat (legs) I heard this group of workers cook the chicken for 30minutes!! That's too long. Chicken no longer juicy and dry down to the bone. It's edible, but not good like it used to be. Ithink i'll try them one more time to see if they have reduced the frying time. Love this chicken joint. This place was popular long before "fried chicken and beer" was a thing. Best flavor is honey, hands... down, bar none. Soy sauce garlic is also very good. If you dine in, you get to enjoy the salad bar, and rice. But if you do takeout, you have to pay $2 for those. Take out do come with pickled daikon.
