Visited this location on 7-29-22 Place looks closed as soon as you pull up to the parking lot. Location is not the best either,... alot of homeless and druggies around. Place is filthy and dinner ware hasn't been updated since they opened. Utensils and cupswere all water spotted and with calcium build up. Hallway to the restroom smelled like sewerage and restroom are filthy aswell. Ordered lunch specials that came with a salad and entrée and was charged substitution fee for the salad. I understoodthat if I wanted fries with my entrée there would be a substitution fee. If your visiting from out of town looking for a placeto eat with your family or yourself, Don't go here you will regret it. There are way better options than this dump. Read more
4 stars - Great portion size for the price, tasty. Get the chips! This review is for a togo order. I got the Big Mouth Crispy... Chicken Sandwich with fries, a side salad, and a drink (mango iced tea) and the Dip Trio (guacamole, house salsa, skilletqueso). Big Mouth Crispy Chicken Sandwich - 3.5 stars. The 'secret sauce' is a bit overhyped because it just tasted like fancymayo, and there was only one sad slice of tomato in my sandwich, but otherwise it was good. It's a big chicken sandwich. You getwhat you think you're going to get. Fries were not the absolute freshest but had the right amount of salt. Mango iced tea was asurprise hit! Would recommend. Dip Trio - 4 stars. I am obsessed with the extra thin corn chips. Enjoyed this app more than thesandwich. The Dip Trio was $8.69 so I was not expecting the massive bag of chips it came with. Pleasant surprise. Guacamole wasfresh and chunky which I like, house salsa was mild but not tasteless. 4 stars because I did not enjoy the skillet queso, whichwas also chunky but in a bad way. Service - Don't bother ordering curbside because you will have to go in to pick up your orderanyway aha. Saw three other curbside customers give up and go in before I decided to do the same after having checked in ontheir app 15 minutes prior - there was no one at the counter but my order was the first one on the shelf. I used to work at a chili?s many years ago. This place was disgusting. Food on the walls, spiders on the wall with cobwebs,... dirty cups, trash stuffed in crevices in the wall. I was grossed out and will not return. The staff was so half asleep I?m notsurprised it looks this nasty. I told the waiter there was a large spider above the table across from us and he went ahead andsat someone there anyways. The food was fine, as expected for a chain restaurant- although I?m nervous to see the state of thekitchen if the seating area is so atrocious. Read more
I must say I did ask for unloaded potatoes but still got it loaded was not the waiter's fault at the the cooks were messing up... waited almost a hour before they started cooking our food. The waiter was apologetic and very good. Read more
A little slow to get seated here. While it was not too busy for a weekend, our service was a bit slow with our server attending... to other tables. I can?t even recall if he checked back with us for anything until we got the attention of another server for awater refill. The food is average and plating somewhat sloppy. If anything else was nearby we would?ve went as this location wasnot our first choice to dine in. Cleanliness needs improvement as there were a few tables that needed to be bussed. The hostessand servers should tighten up on appearance as well. All in all it?s not a bad place, I?m particularly fond of the details andthis is the area that needs the most improvement. Read more

Tito?s punch was tasty and sweet for a beginner like me! Food was served quick and was not too crowded. Chose the 25$ meal for... two and ordered fries with Chicken Fajitas. Will definitely visit again Read more
Completely understaffed. I hav seen the restaurant 10 percent full and 9 out of 10 people leave without being seated or before... the food comes. Food is good if you wait for it. Owner needs to show up in person and manage before they go out of business. Read more
