I like Denny's; the food is generally reliable in quality, presentation, and price. So when we travel, we often choose Denny's... for a quick breakfast or lunch. We've been to this particular location a few times. No more! I ordered seasoned fries, whichcost extra and got a plate of tiny potato crumbs. It looked like it was broken, leftover pieces from the bottom of a bag. Weasked our waitress not to add an extra charge to the bill. She said "yes" and gave us a bill with an additional $ for theupgraded fries. The fried chicken sandwich had bread nearly 50% larger than the meat. At the exit, the guy at the registerinsisted that we pay via ApplePay because their card scanner was broken; since I don't have Apple, we had to type the card infointo the device. Not a big deal, but the guy at the register or the waitress were clearly not concerned with customer service. Read more

This place sucks. Don't order food here especially at night (10 pm or later). I ordered the brisk it all melt and it came with a... couple tiny pieces on the bread with no sauce. I wrote a complaint and they just gave the typical bs response "we'll do betternext time." I also ordered the strawberry pancake puppies and they were hella burnt. They also forgot to give me cream cheese.This is definitely the worst dennys I've been to. Read more
