I like Denny's; the food is generally reliable in quality, presentation, and price. So when we travel, we often choose Denny's... for a quick breakfast or lunch. We've been to this particular location a few times. No more! I ordered seasoned fries, whichcost extra and got a plate of tiny potato crumbs. It looked like it was broken, leftover pieces from the bottom of a bag. Weasked our waitress not to add an extra charge to the bill. She said "yes" and gave us a bill with an additional $ for theupgraded fries. The fried chicken sandwich had bread nearly 50% larger than the meat. At the exit, the guy at the registerinsisted that we pay via ApplePay because their card scanner was broken; since I don't have Apple, we had to type the card infointo the device. This place sucks. Don't order food here especially at night (10 pm or later). I ordered the brisk it all melt and it came with a... couple tiny pieces on the bread with no sauce. I wrote a complaint and they just gave the typical bs response "we'll do betternext time." I also ordered the strawberry pancake puppies and they were hella burnt. They also forgot to give me cream cheese.This is definitely the worst dennys I've been to. Read more
Zero Stars for us. We love Denny's, but this location should switch their name to Lenny's because they are making the franchise... look terrible! We sat at an almost empty restaurant with plenty of staff on hand. We watched our station waiter (who had 2tables) go back and forth to the back to check his phone and drink water. After 15 minutes! We went to the front to ask ifsomeone could at least take our beverage order. The manager asked another waiter to take care of us, the waiter acknowledgedhim, looked at us and walked away. We walked out 4 minutes later. I understand if it were busy, but its terrible for three otherstaff members to just chill behind the counter ad BS while customers wait. Would NEVER come to this Denny's again! We shouldhave trusted the 3.6 rating they have. Read more
I was in-between meetings and starving, so I randomly decided to grab lunch at this Denny's. I was pleasantly surprised how this... is one of the better ones. I quickly noticed that the staff were friendly, the facilities was clean, the service wassurprisingly good. I am a big believer in giving credit where it is deserved and you can tell that this is a Denny's ran withgreat management as it shows in things that overlooked commonly. It was refreshing to have a quick bite that was satisfying andan enjoyable experience. I recommend this location! Read more
The customer service was on point and the food was really food ! All 4 of us ate like we never have before after a hike in San... Jose and everything not only tasted perfect but the radio was completely controlled by our boys because we happen to be the onlypeople there . All in all a great time.
