I usually enjoy taking my daughter out for breakfast once a week or once in a while. Yesterday we went for our mother daughter... breakfast and instead if choosing a restaurant she wanted jack in the box breakfast. Now she's allergic to cheese so I've ALWAYSorder no cheese on her food and yesterday when ordering the young gentleman took our order wring twice so the in site morningmanager took our order instead and again I repeatedly said please no cheese my daughter is allergic and she continued to say okno cheese so when I drove off and back up to the window and said there was cheese she told me she couldn't fix my order becausethe food we ordered came with cheese no exceptions. So I asked her for a refund she said no. Worst experience EVER. With outsaying I contacted the district office and made a formal complaint and then continued to follow up with another complaintline/email. Read more
The drive through line long took too long, one car every 10-15 mins, I gave up after waiting 35 mins and left.

My order was simple a small Coke and 7 jalapeno poppers. I received 6 and a small piece of whatever there coated with deep... fried, and They were almost burnt. They've got to do better ,the food is really over priced and the quality isn't there Read more

Worst experience with this outlet. During the lunch hour they just had burgers .. no normal fries. Only the curly ones. No... drinks except for some vanilla Oreo shake. No aerated drinks too. Service was slow and the staff was not very helpful at all.Very rude and unfriendly. won?t be coming here again. Read more
