Ive lived down the street from thid jack in the box fkr years and only until recent years have I had issued arriving after am... they say there systems are down for hours tho? And everyday at different times only late night? Yea right. and at time its justpitch black all lights off? Is this open 24hours or not? I stoped for breakfast. I ordered to sausage Jack's no meat, I git them them but when I reviewed my bill the machine upgraded me... to everything Jack's which raised the price by 60 cents. They just didn't taste the way I remembered them so I guess one lessback up break location Read more
Worst experience. I ordered chicken sandwich with onions and they gave me JR. cheeseburger instead. I was super hungry when I... came back home and after 2 bites I realized it?s a cheeseburger. Update on this location: After my initial post, I was able to speak with a manager who was very sympathetic to our poor... treatment and made an effort to ensure that we would not be treated as poorly in the future. As such, we have since returned 4times and each time the employees were fantastic! We went at various times of the day to get different people. Each time theywere pleasant and the food was hot, made correctly, and fresh. Thank you so much for taking care of the issue. I appreciate youand will continue to return to your restaurant and can now recommend that others visit without having to worry about beingtreated with disrespect simply because they are hungry. While driving by, I reminisced about the times in which my father would take us to Jack in the Box to have chicken sandwiches... and curly fries. So, instinctively, I went through the drive thru to get an order. Though the restaurant had no customers andthe drive thru was empty, I decided to stay and to my surprise the workers were very pleasant. They did everything I wouldexpect, and though the employee dropped some of my change, I do not mind. Read more
One of the drive thru worker got my beverage incorrect when ordering through the machine. When I pulled up, I asked if my drink... was diet, the worker said yes. After I drove off, I decided to take a sip and got an incorrect beverage. Ihad to walk inside and tell another worker to get the correct beverage. Seems like that drive thru worker had a difficulty inhearing, can't read, or didn't bother to verify my short order.
