One of the worst McDonald?s I?ve ever gone too, every single time I go to this place I?m always missing items or they?re always... messing up my orders. They do not pay attention to detail and are very sloppy with everything they do . I ordered a (McDouble)and they give me a (cheeseburger) inside of the (McDouble wrapper) . P.A.T.H.E.T.I.C ! I order chicken nuggets and ask for extraranch and they give me ?none? witch i than have to go inside and wait as more than just one employee walks pass me withoutsaying a word just looking not even approaching to see what is wrong. I literally don't ever review businesses on here, but I've eaten at McDonalds all across the country and have only ever had this... specific problem at this location. On multiple occasions at this location and ONLY this location, I have ordered a Coke and beengiven a Diet Coke. This morning when I told the person at the window about the mistake and gave him the drink back, heproceeded to give me ANOTHER Diet Coke, followed by a Dr. Pepper, and then finally had me park in one of the drivethru parkingspaces at which point they did finally bring me out a regular Coke. I really don't understand why this keeps happening at thislocation? But today's experience was really something else. Regular Coke has got to be their most popular beverage choice, whatis happening at this location that they don't seem to have ever heard of it? Read more
Asked the manager twice over an hour and a half to replace the toilet paper in the restroom. Seems they are refusing to replace... it to prevent customers from using the facilities. Unacceptable. Would give 0 stars if possible Read more
Food is the same as in other places. Curbside though, is too slow compared to drive thru. I use curbside just so I can use my... rewards points. For Curbside parking you must enter from Homestead Rd. The kids preferred the old play ground. Read more
This location always seems to be understaffed. The employees are trying to work efficiently but there just aren't enough of... them. With a 2 lane drive thru and a constant flow of dine in customers, I would think that more than 5 employees would bebehind the counter. Surprisingly, they keep the place clean, the tables wiped, the restrooms are clean, and the employees arefriendly, despite the fact that each are heving to do the work of at least 2 people. I recentlybnoticed that they were hiring sohopefully the situation will improve. Read more
Food is good but today I went during night time and the store manager just YELLED at me for trying to use my rewards points for... an ice cream cone. He was super rude to the employees too. They do not honor the rewards app which just makes me mad. I cannotstress how rude he was to the employees taking the order in the drive through, I felt so bad. I just wanted to leave ASAP beforehe continued with that attitude. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Never coming again.. :( Read more
Be careful, for any food where they can give you a smaller than normal portion, they will. I ordered an ice cream cone, and... instead of making a normal ?pyramid? of ice cream, they just had one vertical line, so about 30-40% less ice cream than normal.When I spoke to the person at the desk, she said it was normal, even though I have probably bought the same thing from around100 other mcdonalds over the years. The really weird thing was that when I spoke to the manager, he looked at another staffmember, laughed, and then said that what he gave me was the ?normal size?. I specifically asked him if I should expect this kindof service and portion from the mcdonalds company in general and he said ?yes?. Staffs were friendly and the service is fast. Good location and the place is kept clean. The burger is delicious.
