The tonkatsu ramen was really nothing special. It wasn't bad, but definitely not returning to this establishment. The pork-based... broth had an unpleasant smell to it. After finishing my meal, I wanted to use mouthwash to rinse out this unpleasant experience.Lastly, the ratio between the soup and noodles is entirely off. Read more

there is no reason for this place to be so good. I ordered because I had literally dreamt of ramen last night and this place did... not disappoint, it was sooooo good and the portions are so worth it, i ate it for lunch and was still full on dinner, and thematcha is delicious too! I wanted to try it with boba but they didn?t have it, still good and only $3, in what other place youfind it matcha at that price?? Will most definitely go again, and anyone who reads this, do yourself a favor and order too, toogood to be true Read more

For a mall ramen shop, this place is fast and has lots of flavor. Our favorite is the tonkatsu bowl. Portion size is good, not... too small. There's always a line during weekends and Friday evenings but during the weekday (lunch and dinner), it's ???? Read more

A disgrace to ramen. The chashu pork was too tough. The soup had zero flavor and the boiled egg was overcooked. A $9... disappointment. 2 stars for getting me full. Read more

Located on the second level in the food court, only ramen shop in the food court area (there is another ramen shop inside... Nordstrom). A bit pricey with ramen starts at $9.95 for regular with green onions and bean sprouts. Add an egg at $1.50 oradditional toppings at $0.50 each. The noodles are pretty chewy and broth is on a saltier side but flavorful. Typically thequality is decent but on this occasion our noodles sticked together and we under cooked. There is chicken broth with karagechicken or vegetables ramen. Read more

Very good tonkotsu ramen. The broth is thick with intense flavor without being overly salty, and the noodles have the right... chewy texture, perhaps slightly softer compared to similar places. The regular ramen was just the right portion size, and wasserved hot as it should be. I had a good experience overall and would recommend this place to other ramen fans. Read more
