there is no reason for this place to be so good. I ordered because I had literally dreamt of ramen last night and this place did... not disappoint, it was sooooo good and the portions are so worth it, i ate it for lunch and was still full on dinner, and thematcha is delicious too! Located on the second level in the food court, only ramen shop in the food court area (there is another ramen shop inside... Nordstrom). A bit pricey with ramen starts at $9.95 for regular with green onions and bean sprouts. Add an egg at $1.50 oradditional toppings at $0.50 each. The noodles are pretty chewy and broth is on a saltier side but flavorful. Typically thequality is decent but on this occasion our noodles sticked together and we under cooked. Very good tonkotsu ramen. The broth is thick with intense flavor without being overly salty, and the noodles have the right... chewy texture, perhaps slightly softer compared to similar places. The regular ramen was just the right portion size, and wasserved hot as it should be. I had a good experience overall and would recommend this place to other ramen fans. Read more
