I agree with the person below. I also had many unpleasant mornings because of one rude waitress at the cafe, who always seemed... unpleasant and was slamming customers' orders on the counter.I saw so many other customers being overwhelmed by her attitude. Asa relatively economical cafe, it has a bit of monopoly in Freedom Circle, and busy people who work nearby would still go to thiscafe, but their services really need improvement. Good place for a quick lunch. The menu is limited and as a result the food is good.
I'd give 3 stars for the food but not for the service, that deserves a single star. I am a regular at the Mission Cafe as I... work in the same building. Though the food is pretty good they unfortunately serve their food without as much as a smile, ahello or even an occasional " enjoy your food". I have repeatedly had the folks behind the counter just slam my orderunpleasantly on the counter. I am not sure if they are selectively rude or if it is only reserved only for a few patrons. Thereare a lot of other choices around like Freedom Cafe, Pedros, Birks and even Whole Foods- if you don't want to be served with anattitude that can result in an indigestion!! Read more
