Ordered through the app, they missed items. Wasn?t even busy. Today a week later, ordered at the register, they forgot both a... sandwich, a side, and some of our sauces. Not to mention the sauce we got was lukewarm, despite the label says it?s supposed tobe refrigerated. At least what we actually had tasted good, but spent an extra $10 for nothing. Think twice before spending your money here. I went here on their grand opening week in Valley Fair. After I ordered I walked to... the other end of the counter waiting for my food. I had my straw wrapped on the counter while taking a sip. The second cashierworking says "trash over there." Poor customer sercice! Working in retail myself customers have left empty water bottles, trashetc and I simply just throw it away in myself. They are my paying customers. I wouldnt dream of telling a customer "trash overthere"! I would've been an excellent customer of this Popeyes but they lost a lot of business by having a rude worker on staff. Read more
