Nice casual steak house with excellent meat quality for the price.

Service was REALLY good. The team there was super attentive and was genuinely interested in your experience. I was there for... happy hour and had the flat bread (chicken pesto) and the ribeye for dinner. Here is the breakdown: Service: 5/5 Appetizer:4/5 Drinks: 5/5 Dinner: 2/5 Bottom line... It felt like being labeled as a steakhouse I could have got a much better grade ofsteak. It tasted like it was previously Frozen and really lacked flavor. I was extremely disappointed. I went to this restaurant with my friend. The food was pretty good and the service was good. We settled our bill and left. This... is where my issues started. I checked my bank statement and realized I had been charged more than the total I had written on thereceipt. I called the restaurant and spoke to the manager. He promised to call me back with an explanation but I never heardfrom him. Seeking further recourse I filed a complaint with the state. The explanation I got on the paperwork stated that a 2%service charge was applied to my bill. What they failed to explain was why it had been added after my bill had been settled.When I total up the gratuity I always make sure the final total ends with zeros in the cents column. ($xx.00) So it was quiteobvious that the charge had been applied after I had settled the bill. Needless to say I won’t be going back to thisrestaurant. If you do choose to go here, I would pay cash.
