We waited a while for our food. When we finally got our order it was cold. It had been sitting on the counter. I asked to speak... to a manager. A few minutes later a woman came to our table. She said "did you want to speak to a manager?" I replied "yes, areyou the manager?" I might be wrong but I think she should have introduced herself. After she heard what we had to say. She thatshe would take care of the bill. That they were short staffed. She never offered to replace the meal. I went to eat good food.I can pay for my own meal. There was also 3 people at the front desk not doing much of anything. I'm sure they know how to cleartables. Everyone should have been pitching in. Burgers are decent but their grill dish is a bit disappointing - overly charred and it tasted bitter.

This place was a wonderful experience and if you haven't been to Red Robin in a while, (several years?), in addition to their... old favorites. You'll find quite a selection of new items. The wait staff at this location were very friendly and attentive.even though they were preparing to close. We ordered several endless items in anticipation of actually wanting additionalrounds, but we filled up on floats which were very good as usual. I would absolutely recommend coming here if you like burgersand endless fries. The fries were amazing, but we got the garlic upgrade version and the side of cheese "fondue" as well. The burger quality can vary depending on what you order. I recommend the Pig Out Double or Madlove. The servers are generally... genial, though on busy days, they can be rushed and a little slow to respond. The refills for fries and freckled lemonade arenice perks, though. Read more

I took a friend here as we both have May birthdays. The waitress could have cared less. Never asked if we wanted more fries,... never wished us Happy Birthday. Never asked if we wanted dessert. If I want to be neglected I can just stay home. I eat outevery day, this is second time I felt neglected on my birthday. I will never be back. Madlove burger and Monster burger ware great. Wish they would not serve everything at once, spreading it out some would have... been nice, salad, onion rings, fries and burgers all at once over fills the table besides some was cold before we could finish. Mud pies are huge and unbelievably great. Wedge fries were good. Onion rings were great. ---- Today the Onion Rings were evenbetter than before. We asked for extra crispy fries and they were perfect but the refill was soggy. The burger was orderedmedium and was way over cooked. Great service. Read more

The banzai burger is my ultimate favorite burger to get from Red Robin. Great quality of ingredients! The thick, sweet and... savory teriyaki sauce with the warm tender pineapple really does make it taste like your eating a gourmet burger but in a fastfood kind of way. Best sweet potato fries I?ve had in a long time. Great onion rings too especially with the best dipping saucethey got the Campfire sauce, it?s a must try! Read more
