Ate here a couple of days ago. Unfortunately had a sub par experience. The fries were cold and the burger was also luke warm and... was squished. Quite disappointed. Please go to another Shake Shack location other than Valley Fair, or perhaps go to In-N-Out (way cheaper). After waiting 45... minutes for two burgers ($9/sandwich, no fries), it was not worth the wait or price. Patty was greasy and over-seasoned. Read more

Everything is delicious! Especially fries with cheese sauce, in burger you can feel every element: green, bun, meat, no flavor... mess. With every bite you feel every element. Good quality drinks, cola is better and there is no added water inside. Service isfast. Read more

Been here a couple times and the burgers and fries have always been tasty. Beef patty has a great crust and is seasoned nicely... in between some veggies and a soft bun. Fries with the cheese sauce are bangin'. But with friends, you're easily dropping $40,which stings. Still love it and is worth it for special occasions. Read more

Ordering was quick and easy. My order was ready at the time it said it would be. Overall the food was okay. I?m not sure the... food in this picture is worth $20; maybe half that. I?ve been to a couple of their locations. I don?t think this place is worthcoming back to at peak rush hour; really only might worth it when it isn?t busy and you happen to already be in the area. It?s always busy but don?t worry, it?s moving very fast. You can choose either dine-in or to go. The lines forms at the entrance... inside the mall, then you will place the order by yourself at one of 4 iPads. Enter your name, phone number or email to get thenotification when then order is ready. We chose dine-in, there are employees came to ask the order?s name than they brought thefood for us. Love the mushroom burger, its very cheesy and tasty. Size of the burger is on the smaller side so definitely get some sides. I... really like the chopped cherry tomatoes. They're like pickled tomatoes and taste really good on the burger and fries. Takes theburger from a 7 to a 9 imo. I recommend trying them out! Read more
