VERY MEAN, RUDE & HORRIFYING experience. I am a regular customer and visit this Starbucks at least twice weekly. Today, I had... a real emergency and badly needed to use the bathroom. I asked a lady if I could use the bathroom due to an emergency situation- I was pale... She said ?NO? and ?it?s close to customers (there are two empty restrooms). ?I won?t let you use it?, I beggedher again, but she said ?NO?. There were no signs of ?No Restrooms Usage for Customers?. I left without buying anythingbecause I desperately needed to find a bathroom. I wouldn?t ask for the bathroom unless super emergency & desperately needed. Someone abducted all of the tables and seating. Most of the coffee shack is now a barren wasteland echo chamber. Great... job. Considering all the problems with homeless people around the shopping center, my personal guess is that they terminatedthe seating to stop homeless people from camping out all day. Read more
Ordered Iced americano here, waited for 20 minutes and got coffee from a tap water machine. The coffee tasted like tap water... indeed. Definitely AVOID this Starbucks site. ????? Read more
The girl with the white Mustang parked out front is so friendly. She always asks you if you would like straws and drink holders.... I always come to the Starbucks to get my drinks done right! 100% of the time I come here it?s great staff that know what they?redoing and serve great drinks! Read more

This is one of the worst Starbucks I?ve ever ordered from and I?m not talking about just one experience. I have yet to get a... coffee from here that is actually good. I ordered a venti but they gave me a size tall in a venti cup. The coffee taste likewater with coffee flavor. It?s disgusting. Read more
5 stars for the drive thru and super friendly customer service! Pro - Drive thru - Good location on a corner and easy to find -... Plenty of space for the drive thru line without blocking in parked cars - The baristas at the drive thru are also friendly andupbeat; this really adds to the experience and can brightens up someone's day - ICED TEAS ARE NOT JUST FULL OF ICE; I reallyappreciate that this location makes perfect iced teas. Unprofessional, disrespectful and no customer service. This location needs to be addressed with the major flaws it has within... and have all of its employees trained in deescalation, professionalism, customer service and working in busy environments. Read more
