Bad bad customer service my family and I always go to this subway but we get treated bad . My dad went to get some subways at... this location . He went in and no one came out until this lady came out and told him to wait she started fixing some bagsback-and-forth after a minute she helped him with his order and my dad asked for 4 sandwiches, he decided to add another one andshe asked him how much do you want more because I have customers. First of all he is one of the customers first come first serveand she made him wait but then she says she has customers ! Are they gonna fix customers serving here or should I call someoneelse to fix it no one wants this kind of costumer service . So fix it subways . Read more
Extremely friendly and fast. The line was long when I arrived but moved so quickly. The ladies were great listeners, efficient... and served me with a smile. I havent had a Subway experience this good in years. Will be back for sure. Read more

I use to go to this subway till 2015. The workers here are courteous and professional. Can two subways be different ? Yes, If... average Subway rating in San Jose is 2 then they are at 5. 5 star do means that, if I will be anywhere near them, then I will goand get a subs there. Highly recommended. Read more
