We brought a footlong sandwich there. A lady named Diana is really rude. I took one cup from the check out desk and filled with... water, that time no one at the register, then Diana came out she told me I need to pay $2.49 since that cup is not for thewater, I told her there is no sign told customer it is not the cup for the water so I left the cup filled with water there. sheinsisted I need to pay $2.49 even I didn?t take the cup. My friend asked her to give us the cup for the water, she said theydon?t have cups, just notice the cup is right behind her. We pointed inside the counter, then she gave it to us. I don?tunderstand why they put cup for the water inside the counter, and put the cup for the soda at the counter near the register toconfuse customers. They tried to trick customers so they can ask you pay $2.49 in case you take that cup. She is so rude,treats customers very badly . I told her I am going to talk to store manager, she yelled at me saying she doesn?t care. Don?trecommend to go to this store. Read more

I went in to get a custom veggie sandwich. I repeatedly told the helper that I did not want a veggie delight sandwich and they... wouldn't accept my order. Just had the worst subway experience of my life. The two ladies that were working were so rude. Calling other customers ahead of... me just because I took longer than one second to order. Telling me one thing then doing a different thing. Their attitude wasbeyond unacceptable. Don?t waste your time or money here. Your food will probably turn out practically inedible like mine. Overwhelmed by online orders. If you want to order in person you?ll be waiting at least 10 minutes even if no one else is in... line. They could use a dedicated person to handle online so in person customers aren?t standing around being ignored. Read more

Go soemwhere else It was over 10 dollars for a s#!++y 6" chicken strip and cheese sandwich. No veggies. No drink no cookie no... chips. Just a sandwich.
