Very expensive restaurant wit service worst than a fast food one. The chopsticks are the cheap wood ones that have splinters.,... soya sauce in small packets that will flow in all directions when broken to get the sauce. The waiting is extreem half hour forsomone to ask you what you want another 45 minutes to get your food and another half hour to pay. The food is not what the namessay, but they can choose what naming system they want so I am not complining about it. Is not amazing but is not bad also. It isnot up to the price. Read more

Ordered the sushi & sashimi combo, the sunomono cucumber salad, and the miso soup. Really nice touches on the miso. All... delicious. A bit pricy, though ($46 for that, before tax and tip). Read more

Sushi & Japanese Specialties at the Hyatt Stopped down for a quick bite to eat and everything was just perfect. Started with... the fresh oysters, excellent, and finished with the shrimp tempura roll, delicious. Added the Japanese pickles as a side and itdid not disappoint. I love all kinds of pickles, but this was the first time I had the Japanese style. Three different typeson the plate, with each better than the one before it. End to end, a tasty and pleasant meal. This is for the one in the Hyatt Hotel. They are hit it miss depending on who the chef is but when it's the good one it's good.... It will be hotel prices so keep that in mind. Best bang for your buck was the chicken udon IMO. Read more
