Seriously the slowest in town to take any orders. It shouldn't take more than 30 seconds to start taking an order, but... apparently it takes them more than 5 minutes to take an order in drive thru. Read more
I've read the numerous reviews in the past about how long it takes to get service, but I was hungry enough to eat Arby's. I... waited in the drivethru and no one ever greeted me or even took my order. I just drove off and saw an employee in the windowthat could have easily greeted me on the speaker and told me to wait. It's not the time spent waiting that is frustratin, it'sthe complete lack of acknowledgment. This place is in some serious need of new management. I know they can see the manyreviews about terrible service or lack thereof, so what gives? Read more
The food is good, but the service was not. They messed up our drinks and the self serve drink dispenser did not work. As we... waited, we also heard 3 other customers orders were wrong. Also, a smile could help with the service too. Read more

One of our Favorite grab-n-go stops so happy to see a new location has finally been opened, this is so convenient. We went to Arby?s on Dixie Drive this evening. We ordered two roast beef with cheddar and bacon two orders of fries and two... drinks. The lobby was clean and organized. Our food was delivered to us quickly and was actually delivered to our table whichsurprised me. We had the crinkle cut fries and they were hot and delicious. The only negative was the bacon on the roast beefsandwiches was a little bit like cardboard but otherwise the flavor was good. In a time of difficulty to hire employees we werepleasantly surprised.
