I was out of a beautiful motorcycle ride for the weekend and decided to stop by Carl?s on a whim. Amazed by the service.... Gentlemen named Ben opened the door for me, walked me to the counter, took my order and even saved me money on a combo when Iwas ordering items separately. Ben also walked my order to my table instead of shouting my name like everywhere else ? I?m legitimpressed. Idk why I don?t come here more often. Thanks Ben! Read more

Wendy's and McDonald's down the street are better options. This is the third time Carl's Jr messes up my order. The first couple... times I was missing fries, charged incorrectly or missing some amount of patties on my sandwich. This time my sandwich had nopatties in it at all. Go somewhere else or to a different Carl's Jr but not this one at Sunset. Read more
