I love Costa but your guys portion sizes are just so ridiculous. Generally very satisfied with this location and service, although this visit I paid $3.99 for a side of chicken and received... this measly cup... kinda ridiculous. Also forgot dressing for a salad.. don't pay ahead online and tip doesnt improve service???? Read more
I dont enjoy leaving negative reviews because I know how much it can impact a business but we had a very negative experience at... this location. We made an online order and found that the lobby was only open for that purpose. Which is fine, however, no onewas actively checking the lobby to check on people picking up online orders. 20 minutes past our pickup time we finally got ourfood and found we were 2 burritos short, so we waiting another 5 for someone to see us from the kitchen to get their attentionand let them know. We finally get the other two burritos and notice one of them was wrong but were told that it was ?too late?to make it right. Orders made in the drive thru are never made to order and have a noticeably lower quality compared to eating in the dining room.... I've used the drive thru for my three most recent visits - because the dining room is closed for renovations - and each timethere's either missing add-ons (that we were charged for), undercooked food, the wrong sauce (hot instead of mild), or includeditems that we asked to exclude. I love costa vida so much! I prefer it to cafe rio, because they actually have a small salad which I like instead of the large... salad! This location was clean and nice. Would recommend! Read more
I asked for a salad with steak and this is what they gave me! Literally no lettuce and barely any steak rice and beans. WTH just... go to cafe rio. Also they didn?t even give me my dressing to go with it. Update: I emailed them and they never got back to helpwith the problem. So to add to this review. This was a interesting visit. They were out o burritos and several other items. Service was very slow. The poor Doordash drivers... you could see were anxious. I felt sorry for the employees who were trying and looked very tired.. Hats off to them. Thebiggest problem is the food on the line in the stainless containers like the beans and refried looked crusty and veryunappetizing. First time got our order wrong, then gave us an attitude when we asked for a receipt. Quite literally 2 pieces of chicken in the... chicken salad we ordered, and clearly skimped on pico, lettuce, rice and basically anything they could. Have fun being the newcafe rio costa vida.
