Worst customer service ever!!! We have ordered from this location for 10 years and never had a problem until recently. The place... is run by kids. This is the second time I?ve had a problem. To start, the phone line to order didn?t go through so I wentthrough the drive thru. I was told 10 to 15 minutes. Turned into 45 minutes because they burnt the first pizza. The absolute worst customer service. I am baffled. Requested a cheese pizza, said they didn?t have any only pepperoni. I then... Identified that they didn?t close for another hour and twenty minutes so I gave the suggestion that I would wait for mypreferred order. The young woman stated it would take 15 minutes and was not happy I told her I would wait. Paid and said ?waitwherever you want?. I will never be coming back to this location. Update: got the pizza. Man that brought it out was very politeand thanked me for waiting. It made me feel really bad for him working with these young bratty teenagers. Pizza unfortunatelywas extremely undercooked. Open the boxes before you leave it's probably burnt pizza. Store ran by teenagers, I know it's hard to find employees, but once... quality goes so low, I'll be ashamed to charge more than $15 like we did,. We went to show them how bad was, almost no cheese and burnt and we brought them a different company pizza we had at home from day before and compared with their pizza to showthem how bad little Caesars was. The teenager incharge responded: "our oven works like that, so what do you want me todo"... Quality is getting worse and worser the last three times. No longer buying here. Read more

Love me some LC?s pizza, but multiple times now this particular location has been wildly incompetent, with nothing hot OR ready.... Questions like ?Do you have a pizza ready?? shouldn?t be hard, but you especially shouldn?t get ignored by three employeesarguing about a mop for 2+ minutes. I placed my order and paid $36 for two ultimate Supreme and one cheese pizza at 7:10 pm . The guy at the window told me it... would be 10 minutes , to park and wait. 25 minutes later I finally went inside and asked about my order. The crew working there, with a very what ever don?t care tone and manor. Said oh we for got to put them in , it will be another 10 to 15 minutes. Ifinally got my pizza?s at 7:54 pm , I spent more on gas waiting for 50 minutes then the pizza cost ???? not even an apology,Rude , definitely was not worth it. Oh and pizza wasn?t fully cooked. My wife and I don't care much for the hot and ready pizzas, but the extra most bestest pizzas come out great 9 out of 10 times.... The staff are friendly and the drive thru is convenient. Pablo stands out as someone who is on top of things- he must be theowner or the manager - and actually cares about customer satisfaction. The store is always clean when you go inside. Sometimesyou'll get a custom pizza that doesn't come out so great, hence the four stars instead of five. Usually it seems like the lessthan feat pizzas get made between about 6 and 8. Maybe they're just rushing the pizzas out the door to meet the dinner rush, butI'd rather them take the extra three minutes to carefully make a better product. The worst place to order no manager no lead supervisor everyone is on there phone! Customer service is horrible!! She told me... before i paid it was going to be 15 minutes then i waiting for her to ring me up for 2 cheese and 2 pepperoni pizza!? Shedirectly turns to her phone!?? 1hr and 30min still waiting and i ask do i get a small soda for waiting and she said everyonewaits so i said okay thank you for your service and being on your phone like two other employees!! I would not recommend everordering from this place two other customers has been waiting 45 minutes prior to pick up they told them it was ready! What apizza place!
