Kiosks were either not working or slow. Didn't get help waiting at the counter so I chose the kiosk. The order was correct but... the door was barley warm and the the fries were soggy. This McDonald's does a great job keeping things clean and service fast and efficient. The staff is very nice and friendly. The... play place is clean, and that's especially important for my grandkids! Drove up to the drive through and they didn?t say anything to me until I said hello into the speaker. Placed my order but they... did not repeat it back to me. I payed and was not offered a receipt to be able to see what I payed for, and then when I wasgiven my food I ended up with only one sandwich instead of two! I was able to buy another one right then and there but I justthink that the service could be a little better. Read more
