Kiosks were either not working or slow. Didn't get help waiting at the counter so I chose the kiosk. The order was correct but... the door was barley warm and the the fries were soggy. First time I have been to this location. Seemed to have a decent playarea. Not my best trip to McDonald's but also not my worst. Read more
This McDonald's does a great job keeping things clean and service fast and efficient. The staff is very nice and friendly. The... play place is clean, and that's especially important for my grandkids! Everyone knows how difficult it must be to run a fastfood restaurant and keep things running smoothly, keeping everyone satisfied and serve good food. This McDonald's does a prettygood job. Read more
Drove up to the drive through and they didn?t say anything to me until I said hello into the speaker. Placed my order but they... did not repeat it back to me. I payed and was not offered a receipt to be able to see what I payed for, and then when I wasgiven my food I ended up with only one sandwich instead of two! I was able to buy another one right then and there but I justthink that the service could be a little better. Read more
Had a few bucks on me while I was out on a walk so I went in to get something to eat. Ordered a McDouble and a large fry and in... the large fry they gave me half the amount that should be in there. I have had previous issues with this location before so I amnot surprised. Read more
This mcdonalds has always been gross, but tonight took the cake. asked for no onions, got extra onions, like caked on to my... hamburger bun. not to mention the side of staples in my french fries?? What the hell lol, i felt like i was pretty nice to theworkers, i dont get why i deserved that. The lady who runs the place is always very unpleasant too. We just now have gotten home from a completely awful experience. We tried to order two crispy chicken sandwiches with a... starving student card. But one get one free. They had no clue what this promotion was,or how to properly secure the transaction. After several minutes of trying to explain it to the employees we had two different mangers come to the window. After not beingable find a PEN to mark the card I gave them My pen. They sent us to collect the food and we offered the payment to leave.Again they had no idea how to complete this transaction. This place has become such a mess to go to. Note! Ya they need moremoney ???? to completely be incompetent for a rather simple transaction. That's what they finally served us. - 4* Read more
PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. THIS IS THE WORST MCDONALDS IN THE WORLD. THIS IS NOT AN EXAGGERATION. IT IS INEDIBLE. The bread was soo... HARD and DRIED I would have been easier to eat jerky. The cheese was more on the cardboard packaging than on the bread. Thenuggets were like licking directly from salt lake city's salt flats. The service was a joke the children running this place hadno idea what they were doing. Didn't provide any sauces for the 20 chicken nuggets. Food taste old. Fires tasted like they were from yesterday. Drinks were warm and flat. They had no ice. This place is a hit or... miss. Customer service is horrible. Read more
