Decided to pick up dinner. Employee put a very small amount (barely a scoop) of each item. The rice and noodles were old. Waited... 5 min for fresh beef item. When it was ready the employee put the tiny amount of old left over stuff instead of the fresh stuffwe waited for in our meal and unfortunately we didn't notice until we got home. Most of the time we both have enough left overto reheat the next day for another meal. Needless to say the small amount of food that we got was not very good and not worthkeeping. Monday, August 15th: Went and got dinner tonight with my mom and little sister around 5:00 p.m and the girl taking our order at... the front of the line was very disrespectful, we asked if we could wait and get more vegetables in the broccoli platter and shewas apparently mad about that and turned around to laugh at us with her coworkers, whisper comments and giggle then sheproceeded to say (I should just give them all broccoli) and laughed AND ONLY GAVE US BROCCOLI!! Because she was mad we asked forthe OTHER vegetables that COME in that platter and weren?t there. If you?re working with people in a public food place youshould definitely show some manners to the costumers and give them what they are paying for!!! Not sabotage our food. Server was very unfriendly and impatient. Many dishes were not available at 1 pm and what was available had been under the heat... lamp for a while. The cashier was very friendly and helpful. Soda was warm and no ice available. We pointed out a cockroach onthe floor by the soda fountain to the server. He threw his arms up, said "so it's a cockroach" and went back to serving. Whenpointing it out to the cashier he got someone to remove it. Definitely not visiting this panda express again. Read more
Loved the speedy service and the fact they were on the ball with our online order and didn't mind the ask for extra sauce. It... was a big order but she delivered enough fortune cookies plus one without asking. Thanks Panda! Did I mention they had stuff instock when we ordered online. The other two locations were out of stock on almost anything. Read more
Came here for dinner and ordered a plate. I got fried rice,chow mein, orange chicken and sweet and fire chicken. Got home,... opened up my container and only saw fried rice. Did I mention I stood in line for an hour and a half? Yeah waste of money andtime. I know it's only a fast food restaurant but come on. Read more
This location does really well, not my favorite just because I live on the other side of town. they usually have pretty big line... but hey it's panda, what do you expect? and it's not due to a lack of workers trying which is what I care about. Food is good,never had a cold dish here that wasn't supposed to be. Good stuff and I don't avoid this location. Read more
We come here often and most of the time have a good experience. We try to beat the rush hour times though because they can get... pretty backed up. We ordered 3 meals with 3 entrees and 6 egg rolls and 6 cheese Rangoon's ToGo. When we got home and looked atthe rangoons we found them pretty crispy and one of them was even missing the cheese!! Come on Panda Express Employees. Throwthat one away~don't give it to the customer. Read more
Decent Panda Express. Clean and nice employees. I changed it to five stars because it has gotten better.
