I won?t be coming back. The salad bar looked like no one had changed anything in two weeks. The peas were frozen solid, the... marinara for my pasta was extremely watery and bland, the amount of grease on our pizza.. I would have greased our breaks withthem. The service was okay. Someone in the back dropped all the plates which Scared me because I am sure they didn?t rewashthem. Overall disappointing. Read more

Was the Alfredo sauce supposed to taste like sour cream or? It had no seasoning. Breadsticks were pretty good though.
I don't live in St. George, I got the wood fired pizza place first and prefered the taste a texture to the latter but PFE was... fast, a bit more expensive, hearty, definitely NOT stingy with toppings, soft pizza good and fast service. Read more
Came in for vacation, and really enjoyed the food. We called in our order, and about 30 minutes later it was all ready. We had a... pretty large order with 12 people each getting either a calzone/ mini or small pizza/ pasta. We also got some plain and garlicParmesan breadsticks and without adding the tip, we were a little under $200. Really quality pizza, for a quality price. Theirbreadsticks are pretty dang big for 1.50 as well. Would recommend anytime someone goes to travel. Read more
Very disappointed. Ordered a 12? BLT with Chicago Deep Dish crust. What I received was about a 9? thin crust pizza in the... middle with sparse ingredients (cheese was hardly noticeable) & the edge was like a big, thick bread stick. Not worth the $22 atall! Read more
We used The Pizza Factory Express as a caterer for a retreat in St. George. They were awesome to work with and the food was... amazing! All the attendees loved the different options of pizza, pasta and salad and of course the bread sticks are always ahuge hit! I would definitely use them again in a heart beat! Read more
I?ve been coming here for years. I?ve had nothing but great things to say about the fast casual restaurant. The restaurant has... great ambiance and plenty of seating. But, this last excursion disappointed quite a bit. I ordered my regular, full plate, pennepasta, with creamy pesto, and Szechuan chicken. What i got was a bowl of oily, bland pasta and chicken. I was hungry so istarted eating but lost my appetite halfway through. Every piece of pasta i picked up had oil pour off of it and sat in mystomach weird. This could be just this instance, hence my not 1-star, but this is enough to not want to return for a while. Read more
