Whenever I get a drink here, my cup is filled almost fully with ice and maybe a shot of flavoring. Even when I ask for extra... pumps of flavoring, I receive a very VERY milky drink with 1 shot possibly added. I never really leave reviews on Google, but this place is honestly the best Starbucks I?ve been to. Besides making the best... coffee I?ve had compared to other Starbucks in St. George, their customer service is incredible! The workers there are thesweetest and most caring people, I wouldn?t want to start my morning at any other Starbucks besides this one! Read more
I?ve ordered at other locations and they always make my drink correctly. I ordered the Brow sugar oat milk shaken espresso and... ask for light ice and it?s always fill to the top and this time I ordered it it was 3/4 filled and I asked way it was only filed3/4 of the way and she said it?s how the barista of the day makes them and then left. I?m guessing the other locations add moremilk to fill it up which I don?t mind. I had to go home and had to add more of my own milk! Disappointing that they could ofasked if there?s was anything they could of done to make it any better. Read more
I'm not sure if their barista's rush through online orders or just don't pay close attention. I've received 2 orders this week... that I have placed online and they have been made incorrectly both times! If I'm going to be paying extra for my drink to bemade to my liking I'd expect for it to be made exactly as I specify. This is absolutely disappointing. Ordered two drinks at the drive thru, one of them was wrong. It was filled 3/4 of the way with milk; it had an extra shot in it... and just tasted like milk. I went in to get it fixed. One person started helping me and she was nice, then another came up toask why I didn?t like it, then another. The other two seemed like they wanted to make a bigger deal out of it and made meexplain to both of them. I explained it was just too much milk. They acted like what I said was ridiculous, one of them said ?soyou don?t want milk?? Then one started making my drink again, the whole time they made comments and when he had remade my drinkhe put so much ice that most of the shots didn?t fit into the cup and there was no room for milk. Then he said ?that?s all thatcan fit so do you want milk or not?? I said yes, he put a splash in and then handed it to me and said ?let me know if that?swrong and I guess we?ll figure something out.? It doesn?t take three people to remake a coffee. It was clear the other twowanted to have a Karen moment but it wasn?t that, so they were trying to make it out to look like it was. They actually knew their coffee and wanted to see the customer happy. I asked for organic. True coffee without all the hype and... toppings. He opened a fresh bag..ground a cups worth, he supplied me with stevia and Almond milk that I added on my own andwa-la...my morning could begin. That done..I purchased the whole bag for more yummy organic coffee to come. That is remainingtrue to Starbucks true beginnings of spreading good coffee happiness one cup at a time. 5 stars. This is in comparison toanother location in St George where the order taker said..."organic? I have no idea...I don't drink coffee". Whhaatt? I don'tcare if you don't imbibe in the product...at least help and be courteous to the customer. Read more
This has got to be the worst Starbucks over ever been to. 45 minutes in line for a coffee?? With only 8 cars! Going inside isn't... any better. Come on guys!! Pick up the pace! Worst of all after spending that much time in line.... Half the time your order iswrong! Read more
