I was so disappointed this morning. I pulled in and the workers were talking to the car in front of me. This lasted for about 3... minutes before my order was taken. The girl continued to talk to the car blocking my way?at this point I would have left?Ifinally honked and told her I had to get to work and would they please just move out of the way so I could get my drink. The carleft and she proceeded to make my drink while the guy took orders for those behind me. When I pulled up to the window I went tohand her my mug and she handed me a drink in a foam cup stating ?since I was in such a hurry to get to work she just made it ina cup.? Nice attitude. I will not be back to that store. I have always had a great experience at swig but it makes the cost ofdrink not worth it when I am met with the attitude I had this morning. Read more
Customer service is very inconsistent. Also removed purée from some drinks and have started using cheap, artificial syrup... without any notice and no change on signs. False advertising? Very disappointing to see poor service and changes beingimplemented. All other locations have have been much better. Read more
i love swig and go there at least once a day, sometimes even twice. this location is closer to my house so i come pretty often.... my go to is a diet coke with lime. probably 7/10 times i end up with lemon in my drink, not lime. i usually fill up my tumblerand it?s 44oz which is pretty annoying because it?s not what i ordered. im not sure how this gets mixed up almost every time iorder :( Read more
Second experience, first at this location. The girls were friendly, fast and the drinks were delicious. I only had a $50 in... cash and learned they don't take bills over $20. The girls were very sweet about it though and I left to find change. FYI: I ampre-diabetic and have no problem finding sugar free options. Read more
I was glad to see a menu well before the order station outside. I'd never been there so this helped. I didn't want to hold up a... line while I looked. When I started looking at ingredients for the sodas, I noticed that, of the 35 listed (I counted later),22 have either a tropical ingredient I'm allergic to (3, not their fault), or coconut (19, marketing choice), which I hate, orboth. So, that limited my choices. Cars had pulled up behind me. I quickly looked at Revivers. Of the 14 listed, 8 had coconutand 5 had a tropical ingredient. Two cars. Of the Refreshers, 15 of the 16 listed had one or both of the above. I saw "ThisBliss" which was a diet coke with cranberry and lime. I decided on that. I pulled up and the music blaring from the building wasso loud I couldn't hear the young woman taking my order. I had to yell. She yelled, too, but it was pointless. I ordered ThisBliss. When I tasted it, it was essentially diet coke. I used my imagination and got some lime. I never tasted any cranberry.When I got home I let others taste it. Diet coke. I can save a ton of money and get diet coke at the store and squirt some limejuice (in the fridge) into it. With a little investment, I can buy some cranberry infuser and make my own This Blisses. MaybeI'm missing the point, but I'll probably never go back. Admittedly, I could order my own drink and name my own ingredients offtheir menu, but can do that at home. Read more
Love this location. You get your drink pretty fast. The staff is younger and they are friendly and fun to speak with. The prices... are reasonable and have a variety of different mixed soda drinks and boba drinks. One thing, I love the tapioca pearls and theyare always put, so if they could restock those I would be in heaven! Read more
When things are managed.... my dirty Dr. Pepper taste great! I made a complaint on 02/22/22 hoping the next day was better. But... it's been worse than gas station fountain drinks. The last 4 attempts I've made over the last 6 days, dosen't even have a Dr.Pepper taste. The thing that bothers me the most is that you even think to ask for a tip when you don't even care about theproduct your serving paying customer's, and charge a high price for it. Have gone to all the Swigs in town and had a poor costumer experience here. I asked for the unbreakable and was given it with... flat water - not a big deal. I asked if they could switch it to sparkling and another worker came to the window and told me itwas my responsibility to tell them sparkling water. It is written as sparkling water on the menu? she was pretty curt and didnot want to redo the drink. Also, they didn?t have pebble ice which was a bummer. Read more
