Ordered a crunchwrap supreme from the drive through. I live 2 minutes from this location. Opened the food and could see that the... lettuce was all soggy. Took one bite of the crunchwrap and could tell that it had been made for a while. The crunchy shell wasso floppy and falling apart. Awesome! Read more

Service was average but I've always loved Taco Bell sauce so I can just eat the sauce one bite of Taco to one pack of sauce

If you don't have something in yet.. you shouldn't be advertising nacho fries on your window and it shouldn't be on your menu... available to order until you do. I came for nacho fries, I ordered nacho fries from your menu (in store and online have itavailable) I paid for nacho fries... and I get told we don't have nacho fries but you can have something else.... the only thingpreventing this from being a bait and switch is that it wasn't an up charge for substitution of something I didn't come for....oh and in all of this didn't get the freeze that's on the menu that they also don't have nor did I get a sub for it...unfortunately that seems to have become this place's mos. eta: different visit.. they have signs in the drive thru saying thatall mobile orders are to be picked up in the lobby... however someone forgot to tell the employees such Read more

Have a favorite menu item that you were told that can only be ordered through the app? Well don?t plan on getting it at this... location. I had a manager on two different occasions tell me how to order the Chicken Quesorito (only available on the app now)and when I did and went through the drive-thru to pick it up, I was refused service. They told me they can?t make the chickenquesorito but would charge me for an extra side of chicken on the side that I could put in myself? Uh what? You can?t switch outthe beef for the chicken? That?s too hard and complicated? I love how the employees would rather argue with the customer andeven go to the length of getting the managers number instead of just putting chicken instead of beef in the quesorito. Badcustomer service or incompetence? Both! Don?t waste your time at this location. The one in Washington is WAY better and theyactually know how to help customers order their favorite items through the app instead of refusing service! Read more

I lo e taco bell, however the people at this location need to be dealt with. How do you run a restaurant when you refuse to open... a register and only want you to deal with a kiosk. When we said we prefer to order at the register we were told no one on sitehas a code to work it. Really you are running a drive thru register. The fast food in this town is going down hill fast. Well first of all, they got our order wrong. Then when I took a bite of my steak chalupa the bread was hard as hell. This taco... bell is horrible, the manager isn't doing their job very well with training the employees on how to do their job, how to usecommon sense judgment on what should and shouldn't be served to their paying customers. I dislike writing negative reviews anymore. But this establishment is highly unprofessional. Extremely hungry people, also... allergic to milk. Ordered no cheese and there was cheese on all of it. Refused to take the receipt or food to see they made amistake. All because that's not what they heard over the phone when we asked them to fix it. They refused to help Spent nearly25 and we had to give it away. I hope they develop a diary allergy hahaha, mostly kidding. Read more
