Always have had a decent experience but tonight was exceptional. When they passed out my food through the drive-thru window one... of the bags fell. They remade everything in the bag quickly and were so kind and professional about the entire process. The waythe girl passing out the food handled the situation was awesome and efficient. Read more
The $5 biggie bag is a great deal. Food is always delicious here. Workers always friendly, I haven't had a bad experience.

I did 2 online orders, and when I went to the window to pick them up, they didn't give me the second one. When i asked about it,... they told me I would have to pay for the item. I told them I already had, and then they checked and found it within seconds. Itseemed like they were all more interested in screwing around than actually doing their job. There were at least 5 people in thedrive up window room just goofing off, with one or 2 possibly trying to clean something, but it was long before closing. Therewas no priority put on the actual order, and things were wrong or looked as if they'd just been thrown together. My experiencesat this particular Wendy's have never been truly stellar, but this one by far was the most disappointing. Read more
