Always have had a decent experience but tonight was exceptional. When they passed out my food through the drive-thru window one... of the bags fell. They remade everything in the bag quickly and were so kind and professional about the entire process. The waythe girl passing out the food handled the situation was awesome and efficient. Read more
The $5 biggie bag is a great deal. Food is always delicious here. Workers always friendly, I haven't had a bad experience.
I?ve been coming here for years and it?s always a personalized experience that is over the top! Milton who I believe is the... manager ALWAYS comes up to me and says hello and is just a HAPPY and FRIENDLY EXPERIENCE! I would suggest going somewhere else for lunch they charge you more then what you should pay for didn?t give me all of my stuff... I have ordered and DID NOT give me a refund. I went up to the counter to ask for a cup carrier and I stood there for about 3minutes waiting for someone to help me even when they all saw me standing and kept waking by disappointed in there service needbetter management!! I did 2 online orders, and when I went to the window to pick them up, they didn't give me the second one. When i asked about it,... they told me I would have to pay for the item. I told them I already had, and then they checked and found it within seconds. Itseemed like they were all more interested in screwing around than actually doing their job. There were at least 5 people in thedrive up window room just goofing off, with one or 2 possibly trying to clean something, but it was long before closing. Therewas no priority put on the actual order, and things were wrong or looked as if they'd just been thrown together. My experiencesat this particular Wendy's have never been truly stellar, but this one by far was the most disappointing. Read more
