Tonight was extra busy because it’s Friday night. The lady manager gave us enough time for our food to be picked up. We... ordered 2 Large pizzas with both pepperoni and half black olives. When we arrived, we just waited for a minute or so as shefixed the mistake of our pizzas since olives are missing. Mistakes happen especially on a busy night, it’s understandable. Themanager Trixie was very good in checking what was going out. Not only the food is consistently good, Customer services is always10/10. Friday night is pizza night for our family and Ameci is our go to place! Read more

Wow Ameci, thank you for your amazing pizza and your customer service. I ordered a large half green pepper and half pepperoni.... The taste was amazing with no heartburn afterwards. Unlike other pizza brands, full of oil and the heartburn sufferingafterwords. Thanks to your accommodating customer service for a disabled veteran. I have a calzone addiction thanks to these people lol. Not a fancy place, very laid back and basic but the food is delicious.... Try any of the calzones and you will be back I have had pretty much all the other dishes and the pizza, but the calzone is why go here. Nice staff also, the wait can be a bit long but it is worth it to get fresh food out of the oven. Read more
They have the best pizza I've ever had. Since then I have visited this place numerous times and my opinion about this pizza has... still not changed. They offer an awesome range of fresh pizzas. Staff members are always friendly, prices are reasonable for thegreat quality and amount of toppings they put and the spot is always kept clean. Read more
UPDATE AS OF 9/23/2020. We decided to give Ameci’s another try and I’m so glad we did. After placing our order within 5... minutes we received a phone call from the Manager Darren. He went above and beyond to make things right due to our last visitwith Amecis. It is very pleasant to know that there are managers out there that still take pride in customer service. Darren andhis team really made my family’s night and because of this he has won our business back. THANK YOU DARREN, ALEX AND TEAM! Youare true assests to Ameci’s Pizza! We greatly appreciate you! I originally gave a 1 star but I have now changed it to 5stars. We order two pizzas for delivery, Once delivered we opened the boxes to find both pizzas have been completely smashed toone side. I called the restaurant to let them know of the situation and I was followed with a VERY RUDE woman who claimed to bethe “manager and owner” she yelled and talked over me repeatedly. The first thing asked by her was “what do you want meto do about it” if you give a customer an option to tell what they want, I asked for a refund she declined and said she wouldgive me credit. Why on earth would you ask what a customer wants and then say no? I’m sorry but when planning to neverpurchase from again credit is completely useles, I even suggested if you won’t refund me for the full amount then at leastgive me a partial refund to which she declined. They did offer to resend pizzas but at that time my kid and husband alreadygrabbed there slices I shouldn’t have to wait another 45 minutes to feed my family.
