We came in from out of town and we were so excited to try this place out! If the owners know what?s good for their business,... they would not have the young girl that works the front work the front. She is extremely rude, even to children. I hope she willfind a position within the company that will better fit her temperament and something that makes her happy. From my personal post. The employees make this place. This young man is more than an employee, he's a kind human being. See,... both my parents are 76 years old; my father also has ALZ. My mom wanted boba, so we went. She knew exactly what she wanted,taro coconut smoothie with extra taro. Me, I had tiger's milk w/ boba. For my father, choosing a beverage can be difficult,esp when there is a myriad of choices. The young man noticed we were a bit overwhelmed; he told us he spoke Tagalog, and askedif that would help. So it was as smooth as smooth sailing could get for us, lol. TBH, We were completely surprised, like mindblown. Turns out he's like my son, hapa. The young man was very kind, patient, and helpful, something I'm not used to seeingfrom people in general, anymore. He stepped up, he didn't step back. To the young man at BobaMasters, thank you. SO MUCH POTENTIAL! I came here and did some work in between running errands and stayed for around an hour. The menu seems great... and I also got a drink that tasted good. However, the entirety of the time I was here, two workers were laughing and making funof EACH and EVERY customer that came in and left. They were cursing, laughing, and singing loudly in the store. Seems like theywere having fun with gossip, however, really unprofessional and it made me feel unwelcomed and as if they?d laugh at me aswell!! Unfortunate.
