From the moment we walked in the door tonight and had to wait 7 minutes before being greeted and another 7 to be seated(plenty... of tables available) to leaving, this was a bad experience. The food was decent, but on the bland side. We were seated in a nicebooth in the back of the bar area (4 adults and a baby). Once the server stopped by the table to greet us (another long wait)and took our order…..after bringing 2 soft drinks to the table, we never saw her again during the entire meal until we got upfrom the table after completing our meal and had to ask her for our to go boxes. She never came to ask how our meal was nor fillup our drinks or water…..not once. This was some of the worst customer service I have ever received. (In all fairness, theworkers from the kitchen that delivered the food to the table were very nice) I had to hunt her down to pay our check and thenagain to pay. I would not recommend this location to anyone. Too many other restaurants around that are happy to take your moneyand appreciate you. Read more

Service was poor. Stood in the lobby for several minutes waiting for a host or hostess to appear. Was finally seated at the bar.... Bartender was hardly there at all. Food was bland, no flavor. The meatballs were ground beef with no spices or anything. I won'tbe going back. Read more

This restaurant has just tanked. If you're looking for the restaurant that used to sell great food and have happy staff this... isn't it anymore. The host was literally annoyed that my family walked in, a 50 something man has no reason to be a host if hecan't at least pretend to be happy when customers come in. We were sat in the bar area with 3 kids and I saw the bartender rollher eyes. I apologized over and over about everything because I could see how angry she was. There was no welcome or smileshere. She told us her name and walked away. The restaurant wasnt busy, i took a walk through and there was no one else therebesides the 4 tables sat in the bar room. Besides the staff the food is just boring unless you count the intestinal discomfortmy husband and I experienced when we rushed home. If you have to speed to get to the bathroom there might be something dirty inthe kitchen. Could have been spit with the obvious anger the bartender had towards us and the elderly people who were sat behindus. We've come here a few times wishing they would return to the awesome restaurant they once were but it's a lost hope. Wewon't be wasting anymore money here. Read more

Ok, I am going to give them 5 stars and for many reasons. That being said, this food is average but the atmosphere, prices and... portion size makes for a great night out for the family.
