They did me a solid by messing up my order. Gave me a second breakfast sandwich when I ordered a biscuit but that's cool. Both... were very good. Carl's Jr, like Hardees on the east side of the US is hit and miss. The ingredients are above average. Itends up being how motivated the employees are, a direct result of direct management and franchisee competence. This location,at least on my visit, seem to have it together. Friendly service. Food is good it's Carl's Jr, customer service is horrible and it's close to a school so when school is out there's just so many... kids out there it's annoying that they hang out there and especially when they walk all around the parking lot. I ordered a bbq bacon western meal small and was charged over $15. I tried calling the store and got no answer. One I went in... and explained my situation they offered me a free meal or refund. Nice staff, hot food most days. Read more
Ive been through this Carls Jr a few times over the last several monts and i have to say that i have been very impressed with... the drive through teams. They are incredibly polite and friendly, food is generally ready by the time you to the window to pay,and the food is always very presentable, hot and fresh. When you unwrap the burger, it looks just like the commercial and tasteeven better. Thank you for this store having good management, training and of course experience service staff. Read more
