Apparently i gave this place two stars a year ago. i love the brand overall so can't imagine (or remember) why thay happened.... That being said, recently i placed an order to-go, and the entire experience was smooth. What made it special was that a certainMaddie decorated my order with smiley faces in colored highlighters. Food was good. I had the endless soup and salad. I was a little disappointed about their chili because it was too salty ???? and... dry. However, the salad was good. Also, the beer was really cold. Read more
Very modern and quick service! Staff was very nice and food was delicious as always!
My family and I dined out in the patio and had an amazing experience. Our server Sarah was amazing and took such good care of... us. The drinks and food were all delicious and definitely satisfying. The manager Mari was so kind and was going around checkingon every table. She seemed to be a manager that actually works and helps out her employees. she sets a great example for them. Oh boy! What can I say, other than that Chili's Has Gone DOWNHILL Tremendously! Now with that in mind, If this review were... based Solely on my Waitress, then it would be a 5 Star Review All Day and All Night! She was, without a doubt, as solid as awaitress comes. Very attentive, courteous, and downright Awesome! Way to go, girl!! Where this Chili's lacks is in Manythings, starting with Food. Gone are the days of the Amazing Chicken Crispers. So crisp on the outside, fluffy and moist onthe inside. Now they come out looking like pieces of Deep Fried Calamari, but not crisp and airy as before, but rather soggyand lackluster tasting as the chicken has been rendered almost inedible! Quite Disappointing!! Secondly, involves the access tothe World from this location. Despite their website claiming 'Free WiFi,' it is Non-Existant here at the 19071 Golden ValleyRoad Chili's location. It made the Check Out process from the Table Top Kiosk Virtually Impossible! It stranded me at the 'OneMoment... We are retrieving your check's screen for at least 2 to 3 minutes. All in all the experience here was mediocre, atbest. It appears as if they were working with a skeleton crew, with Management Nowhere to be found!! However, let me reiterate,that my Waitress, (name withheld to protect the awesome waitress), was phenomenal! Will I give this Chili's Grill & Bar a chanceto redeem themselves? But of course!! It's the American Way!! Perhaps some things Will change before I'm in here again. Although they haven't at places like our S.C.V. Costco, who ALSO has a Major Internet Issue, among Many other things... Perhapsthat's why they're building one in Valencia?? Hmmm. Anyway, get back to your Heyday, Chili's! Consistently delicious food that actually looks like the pictures. Very friendly & professional staff. No WiFi & weak mobile... reception. Easy free parking, clean restrooms, many TV screens in lounge. Great variety for all ages. Read more
Although we were seated right away and the waitress was friendly, this is how our appetizers arrived to our table. It looked as... the atmosphere felt....rushed. Not sure why though because there was no one waiting for a table. Disappointed. Read more
