Spent over $100 for "School Night" and wasn't able to put the School information on the online order so the school did NOT... receive the benefit. This needs to be fixed! We won't be doing this for the school at Chipotle unless it is corrected. Going tothe front of a very long line for our online order was very awkward! It made many in line angry. And I still had to wait 15minutes to be shown where to get my food which was by then cold. Read more

The steak in front looks old and dry, I saw the guy in the back having fresh ones, I asked nicely if I can have that instead,... the big guy in front said NO! What the f*^%. Why? Why? fast food (when there isn't a line) and nice staff but I think you can get a better burrito or food in general at many other... places. I get barbacoa when I go because I do not get to eat it often but my burrito is always soggy and falling apart. This is the worst chipotle I ever came across. The quantity is always extremely less and they are always out of stock for the... items like fajita, salad , gaucomole. Extremely dirty place.uncooked rice. I wouldn?t even give 1 start. This is the worse chipotle I've ever been to. The meat was undercooked and did not have any flavor at all. The portions they... serve is way less than other chipotle restaurants I've been to.
