Second time here and wow....very disappointed. Wife ordered a salad and got all the way to the register before she was told they... had no salad dressing. I ordered a chicken bowl with brown rice and got half a spoon of rice, half spoon of chicken until Iasked for more, teaspoon of corn....wow. My daughter ordered a salad and didn't get enough lettuce to call it a salad. Thenfound out they were out of guacamole and sour cream. By far the worse Chipotle experience. Sorry guys- but you need to step it up. The food isn't fresh and no one seems to care,... they put half a spoon of beef in my plate (so little!), you don't have whole wheat burritos, the tacos are cold (they only putit on the warmer for 2 seconds), CS needs to be better.. very disappointing and not up to Chipotle standards. This is such a bad place to order. This is my second time ordering. First time they got my order missing bunch of stuff but I... was ok with since they just opened. 6 months late, it got worse, there was a lot missing on my order and the person at drivethrough could care less about it. The worst Chipotle place ever. Complete fraud. Charged more than $100 for my order, but then claimed that their system does not... work and did not even bother about refunding the amount. When asked how to resolve the issue, said that they do not know. I nowneed to escalate this to my bank. Unbelievable. This is happening in 21 century. Read more

Don't go to this location there are so many in Santa Clarita to choose from. The servings are small the rice is undercooked. The... meat is not marinated properly. I'm glad I got veggie salad because the meat is probably not even cooked all the way. We Receive the orders through doordash for our family of 8. The burritos were half decided that usually are. It felt like a literalprank when we received our food. This is the 3rd time we try this location/ gave them the benefit of the doubt because they werenew but here we are a year later.
