This is one of the best Dominos. Pizza is consistently made well and still inexpensive; especially for carryout.
I?ve been here so many times for pizza. And the 2 stars go to the fact that they make great fast food pizza. BUUUUT, they ALWAYS... forget the dipping sides. And it really is annoying especially when I have paid for them. I?ve never been reimbursed oranything. 1.98 for 2 dipping sauces over a few dozen orders really adds up. I know I?m not the only customer that this happensto so they are making a good profit off goods that are not given. Read more
Delicious food as always. I love the chicken Carbonara and my son loves the chicken Alfredo. Food was hot and delicious.... Service was great. Cashier was very friendly and very polite. Order made quick once placed. Read more
The only reason I did not give a higher rating to the store is because the person at the front counter did not want to give me... the deal off of 5.99 for two medium two-topping pizzas. She told me the deal was only online (which is not explained online) andthat she could not give me that price in person. I find this way of doing business very bad for customer service. The onlyreason I did not do the order online before is because my cell phone was dead and since the store is very close to where I liveI decided to walk over and place my order. It is very sad to know that they didn't give me the deal of 5.99 for 2 pizzas inperson. Extremely disappointed of Domino's Pizza. I hope they change that policy if it is a policy and if it is not I hope theyintervene with this particular store on Bouquet Canyon in Santa Clarita so they can properly be trained. Pick up pizza after 15 min I ordered on line. When I arrived home it was cold,the crust is soggy because it was partially ... cooked ,the ingredients were not fully cooked and were watery. Have to threw it in garbage. Called the store several times butthe phone goes dead after it rings.There should be quality control before it is given to customer. Read more
