I haven?t ordered from Dominos in a while because the Bouquet Canyon store was disappointing but I ordered from the Newhall... Ranch store today and the pizza was delicious! Piping hot and perfectly made! I have to praise our delivery man John for beingabsolutely delightful...the best delivery person I have ever had!!! Giving one star is also a waste based on my experience here. I was coming from Costco on 17 Jul 2019 at 7:30 pm and have called... the store to place an order for Pizza. Our phone number had been registered in the system and we usually get the same dealevery time. We have been going to this place for the last 2 years. The guy who picked up the phone was so arrogant, and hisresponse was so reckless when requested to place an order for pizza with our regular deals ( 2 medium 2 topping for ~13.6dollars or 1 large pizza for 7.99). His response to my request was go online. when i have tried to do it over phone, the processwas not that user friendly. I have gone to the store and mentioned about the regular deals. My kids were hungry and waiting toeat food. just I imagine to wait 20 more minutes and also not getting the regular deal we get. I am on my way back from magic mountain six flags. It was so cold and we were so hungry. Thought of eating in the car while my... husband drive back home. When we stop at this pizza place, there were no customers. We are there first. And they took 19 minutestake the order. The lady at the counter keep taking orders online. And our pizza came after 29 minutes We got in the car andwhen I opened, it was not even sliced. I went back and asked for a knife and they gave fork. I had hard time cutting it andeat. It seems busy and the item ordered was not cooked in the middle. The veggies keep coming off like a blob. My kids werehungry and they ate chunks of different shapes. Ordered pizza but couldn?t deliver the pizza- false advertisement. Said they are open until 1am but couldn?t deliver by 10pm.... Tip greedy- don?t deliver unless they get fat tips- They need to get new employees- I don?t fully tip on order- I up the tipwhen delivery is completed. Read more
