Always a great burger, but the drive thru is madness. Long lines it of the lot and into the street from both directions. Lots of... jerks in oversized vehicles cutting you off. It's much better going inside. That way you can eat your fries fresh. Service isalways 110%. You can tell everyone enjoys their work and the excellent product they make. Food comes fast and made exactly theway you want it. I've never had to send anything back. The place is kept immaculately clean, from the floors, to the bathroom,to the uniforms. Read more
I love in and out pretty much where ever I go. With the exception of them always having a line of people, there isn't much to... complain about them. The staff are so nice and even when it's really busy the wait is surprisingly not that bad. I feel like theway the employees are treated well and valued to the company, they seem to get to be picky and pick the best employees. Read more
To all you In-n-Out haters I don't think you have taste buds. This is God's gift to man, besides Chick-fil-A I guess. In my... opinion Innout is superior but who am I to say? I only eat here about 3 times a week. If this tells you how much I love In n outI eat 3 double doubles 3x a week and still love the taste! Read more

Previously 5*. Took 24 minutes to get my coffee after I got my food. It would have been better to just lie and tell me there is... no more coffee. I know this will get better. Good luck to the new trainees. Read more
When you go to any In-N-Out location, you will get the same perfect experience, great food and excellent service with a smile.... This Corporation has perfected duplication of an identical dining experience, from one location to all locations! When it comesto the price you will not find a less expensive menu, at any hamburger franchise period. I love the location of the Sand canyonrestaurant, it's right off of the Antelope Valley 14 freeway. It's the perfect location for a quick fast meal with an easy onand off ramp, at the Soledad canyon exit. Always busy, with hustling fast hard working employees, who make this a true SouthernCalifornia Landmark of Great Hamburger Franchises, which has continued on with success at this location. The Sand Canyon storeis as busy, and excellent in all aspects, as any In-N-OUT Burger location. Can't beat their old fashioned style of greathamburgers, fries, shakes, as if it were the days of sock hop soda pop. There's always a line, but it's worth the wait, and thewait is minimal for as many customers as constantly patronize this location. The Cheeseburger's and Fries are by far the verybest of any of the competition. For the cost of 1 Double-Double, 1 Triple-Triple, 1 french fry, with 2 Cokes, for less than $20,no one can compare to In-N-Out, for outstanding Americana fast food at an unbelievably low prices! Oh I'll be eating in the car... Seriously even there disposable drink cup s are perfect. Who could ever rate in and out anything... but five stars? They just nailed it. McDonald's might be America exemplified in a burger joint but we should all aspire to haveit be a little more like in and out. Read more
