WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY!! My work orders us lunch every day and I had doctors orders to not eat bread for 10 days. I'm also... vegan. I had no notice to prep other food. I ordered a GIANT sized veggie sandwich, no cheese, no bread, Mike's Way, addavocado. This is almost a $15 salad. They Left off the bell peppers that should have came with it. The food I got is tiny andlooks straight up SAD. I'm about to STARVE on this 12 hr shift. Edit: this has now happened TWICE. Read more
Very disappointed with the management at this place. I waited for an extra half hour for a catering order today 8/5. I noticed... someone leaving with another catering order just before I arrived. On top of that, these workers still had to deal with singularonline orders AND walk ins... How? How could that possibly be done safely? Two catering orders and daily lunch rushes falling onwhat, 4 people? I'm amazed they were able to complete the orders as fast as they did. Left a $100 tip so they know someone caresabout them, since their management obviously doesn't. EDIT(8/11): As you can see in the owners response, they can't even takeresponsibility for over working their current employees. It has to be someone else's fault. Absolutely HORRID leadership. I ordered a sandwich and chips for my Great Dane as a last meal before his trip to dog heaven. I was heartbroken and shared the... story with the staff which were two young men. Without hesitation they comped the meal. It was such an unexpected gesture and Ijust want to express my gratitude. What lovely young gentlemen to be so thoughtful. The world needs more of this. The food here was the typical Jersey Mike's fare. I was shocked at the bill, though - $32+ for two regular sandwiches and... drinks. Surprising, since we both ordered water. Upon closer subsequent examination of the receipt, they apparently charged usfor large drinks, never mentioning anything about water. Fortunately, I wasn't the one paying for it! The staff could alsobenefit from a bit of training on how to speak while wearing masks - every single one were difficult to hear. Read more
First time at Jersey Mike's and I thought the Philly cheese steak was pretty good! The beef was pretty tender, and I replaced... the American cheese, because it's not real cheese, LOL, with swiss. I think that made it a lot better. I'm going to try anothersub and if it's even better, then of course I'll increase the rating to five stars but for now I just think Jersey Mike's isvery good. As of February 20th 2020 Jersey Mike's at Golden Valley is now open!! Got myself a number 7 Mike way and it tastes delicious!
Came in to pick up a to go order and it was just a simple sandwich. I was 10 mins past the pick up time and my sandwich wasn?t... ready. I stood on the side waiting and no one acknowledged my existence. There was like 10 people working but not one wasfriendly. Kinda sad ???? I order ahead to avoid waiting but I would have gotten my food faster by walking in. Read more
