Centrally located in the middle of Santa Clarita valley, this McDonald's had served as a quick convenient place to grab a... burger, or even just a large coke for a buck. Drive through line tends to move smoothly and inside service is fast as well.Curbside isn't worth the wait unless you just can't go through drove through or go inside. Read more

Of all the McDonald's in the area and I don't go to many, this is my favorite though there are definite signs that improvements... need to be made. First the restaurant itself in the dining room is very clean, I'm not sure how often employees come out andsweep and clean the tables but it's enough that the restaurant looks tidy. Every time I have used the bathrooms here, they areclean and stocked and without foul odors, which is about the best you can expect for a fast food restaurant bathroom. They dohave a couple of kiosks where you can order your own food. However they're supposed to have numbered tents on the side which arenever there and no one ever replaces or stocks them. Additionally, you have to walk up and ask for a cup for your drink. And Iwould say about half the time the receipt paper is empty. They need to do a better job of keeping the kiosks stocked. Especiallysince there is often no one at the registers as they are busy working and assisting the others in the back. This of course leadsto another problem where people walk in and are standing in front of the registers and because there is a wall with a bank oforder/tv screens, someone in the back would have to look around the corner to see if someone was waiting. They need to do abetter job of monitoring that. I do commend the workers who I don't see slacking off in any way, and are always busy andfriendly. I do wish they would bring back the dine in trays and start refilling the automated ketchup dispenser. It's time,don't blame covid. This location always has a line for the drive-thru so if you come into the parking lot and don't see a lineconsider yourself lucky. I will say that I did order the mobile app and that my order took approximately 10 minutes to fillwhich is not bad since I custom ordered my sandwich. Usually use the drive thru. But had the time, so we went in. Big mistake, tables were not cleaned, cashier wasn't to eager to... take our order and the food was not good. Wont be visiting this McDonald's anytime soon. Read more
