recently remodeled, surprisingly CLEAN which was a big plus. Yes, they're understaffed and you will need to order thru the... kiosks(4 of them) . They have condiments available at the counter. What drew me to this location was the PlayPlace. Read more

11-8-22. RAW meat?! Not just a little pink...this is RAW. It was a drive thru order so I didn't see until I got home. I am so so... angry! We could get sick!! On top of this, the girl who took my payment in the drive thru had THE WORST attitude. It's not myfault you hate your job. Will NOT return here. Im not sure why but every time i come to this store they are really rude. One night i ordered through my app, paid through the... app and used my rewards and got a free 10 piece chicken nuggets...and got to the drive through announced that i had a drivethrough order, they came back with saying that it was too late to use the mobile order that its only walk inside or pay throughthe drive throu, i get over to drive through window only the clerk couldnt figure out how to add my free 10 piece chicken nuggeton there...and after 20 minutes decided to just give them to me since they didnt alert anyone. Get to the next window, a younggirl manager and a young man walk out in front of me in my car look at me and then proceeded to tell me in front of everyonethat from now on i will either need to wait until they credit my app back with the reward before getting in drive through orhav3to do without the item...and then proceeded to tell me it was too late and they were going to make my nuggets as other peoplewere getting their orders. I said now wait its only like 10:30pm, i get its a little late but i already ordered this long ago,the app allowed me to order and i want the chicken nuggets...the manager look at me, turned and looked at the young male clerkand they both started laughing at me and shook their heads. I usually have a good experience with this McDonald's but, today they just did not meet the expectations. From the time I paid... and received my receipt it took 30 minutes to get my food. That's not to mention the time I spent waiting to get to the windowand pay. To wait for 30 minutes for my food seems very excessive. I then told the employee who brought my food out that thistook way too long and I was upset. He tells me that being upset won't do anything. I told him that it's not me that needs to doanything but him as an employee can do something. He then tells me that he can't do anything to help me. We'll your wrong youcan do something, you just choose not to. It's disappointing because not only was he rude and did not offer to do anything aboutit, I get home with my family's food and the fries are cold and my sons cheeseburger is not the way I ordered it. It's McDonald's we've all had it. This one is no different. Employees here were nice. But they could have done some cleaning up... of the tables and probably sweep. Read more

So McDonald's to me always does a pretty good job with the food because I personally like a Big Mac. So overall the food was... spot on. The core as usual is probably the best around because they keep the filters current and the water is good so thereforthe core is good. This particular location is however missing it with staff. They have kiosks so the ordering process is prettyfluid if you know how to figure out the computer. But they are under staffed to get the good out and have a little interactionwith helping to get utensils and condiments. I guess they feel replacing people with kiosks are fine but the reality is thekiosks aren't getting the food ready or helping with customer service. Read more

First window charged me the wrong amount of money so they said I owed 1 more dollar at the second window -didn?t have it so I... had to get a refund no lunch for me after waiting 30 minutes in the drive through. Totally rude teenagers at the window. Theycould have let me have the food since it was their mistake! Poor customer service. I went to another McDonald?s! Every time I goto the Soledad location there?s one thing after another. All the employees act exhausted and like they?re doing you afavor!! Get some new managers already!!! Read more

Basic fast food, when it gets busy for a rush they don't double check orders, so there are times I'll order a few items and find... one or two missing and it happens a little too often unfortunately. So why 3 stars? Cause there's a few workers that really goabove and beyond in customer service, so I can't completely knock a joint with them. They hard carry the place and make me stillgo back.
